OmniGraffle is so key right now. Never used it before, but downloaded the free trial after trying very unsuccessfully to diagram this out by hand. Problem is, there are about 5 major pathways that all interconnect, and when you forget that fructose 2,6-bisphosphate activates PFK1 but deactivates fructose 1,6-bisphosphatase, or that acetyl CoA should really be in a different color…well, physical erasing can only do so much.  I hope that this is helping me study. What is my life, right now?
